It started to pain on the right side of my stomach tonight when I was sleeping. Pain increased with breathing and eventually disapeared in the morning.. What was it? Why did it happen? Why was pain increasing while breathing?

I had high temperature and severe body pain 20-25 days ago and visited hospital for that, they said it might chikungunya. Every joint of body was in pain. I just can't hold anything properly if fingers are needed to hold for that. I feel so helpless when I just can't hold my son easily. I am going in depression phase due to this issue. Please advise. I'm 40 years old and obese. No medical history. All blood test are okay. Was having prehypertension from a year. Only diastolic blood pressure started to raise on 85. But from Last 2 weeks it was 125/95 Started ACB blocker cozaar 25 mg but it's causing me headache palpation sweating and git side effects. Symptoms not settling. BP controlled. What should be done. Change to beta blockers or..... please advise

I’m suffering from weak muscles. I can’t even hold 1kg weight, I can’t do exercise. I can’t wash clothes and when I try to do so, the pain starts immediately. Along with the pain, the related body part starts to shiver. Plus, I have experienced 3 c sections. Do I need to gain my weight? If yes then how should I do it?
